Leads vendor and stakeholder orchestration for a 16-distributor activation roadmap, the REX–MobileVendor integration, and the connection between regional technology and commercial teams. Managed the Perfect Store implementation in Colombia with MC1 and now drives improvements to scale the strategy in Peru.
Planned the program for migrations from Affina to CPS, coordinating schedule, quality, risks, vendors, and cross-functional support. Defined the macro process and aligned multiple managers around a consistent execution model.
Recovered a portal with a year of delay and undefined scope by prioritizing the backlog, defining the MVP, and establishing an agile delivery flow. Documented the supporting recruitment process for ISO 9001 and contributed to the roadmap that secured a second year of funding.
